We take every effort to ensure the models we sell are in perfect or near close before posting them out to clients

However we cannot take responsibility for products where they have been damaged by Australia Post. Please request postage insurance if you would like to be 100% satisfied that your item(s) are delivered safely.

We will gladly refund or exchange your model if there is clear damage which has occurred to manufacturer or the like. However, we will not be liable for any warranty where the model has been removed from its packaging, or from it’s packaging base.

Due to Covid-19 Lockdown Restrictions there is a delay in shipping orders. Please allow up to 5 working days before orders may be shipped. We apologise for this inconvenience.
