The first electric self-propelled trains entered service in Sydney in 1926. Built by Clyde Engineering the motor cars were made from wood and based on Melbourne’s Tait railcars. A couple of shorter wooden trailer cars were allocated to each train set. This 4-car set includes two driving cars and two centre trailer cars. All cars can be connected with a special coupling bar.

This model is a custom printed model set. It is delivered flat and needs to be assembled by the purchaser. Some adult supervision may be required.
