This 1:76 scale model depicts the Volvo B9TL double decker originally intended for delivery to Hillsbus in Sydney. Featuring the Optimus body by Volgren and the Transport for NSW livery, this bus was built in late 2014.

Prior to entering service, however, the bus was reallocated to Hillsbus’ sister operation in Victoria – CDC Melbourne – and updated to the Public Transport Victoria orange livery. That version has been released as OZBus 9900A.

The wheelchair-accessible bus can seat 88 passengers and stand another 28, has a Gross Vehicle Mass of over 25t, is just over 12m long, and is almost 4.4m tall.
